On 10 July, the 15th Suzhou International Elite Entrepreneurship Week "Industrial Innovation Cluster Integration and Development Forum" was held, focusing on the theme of "Promoting the integration and development of industrial innovation clusters by talent chain construction", to discuss talent pool plans and seek common development strategies.

From November 22 to 24, the field competition of the 2022 National Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition was held in Suzhou High-tech Zone. Xu Dongming, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Engineer of Torch High Technology Industry Development Center, Ministry of Science and Technology, Zhang Dongchi, Vice Chairman of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Suzhou Committee and Director of the Science and Technology Bureau, and other responsible officials attended the event.
