On the morning of 16 August, the First Seminar on High-quality Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in the Greater Bay Area was held at the Alumni Square of Shenzhen University. The seminar invited industry experts to conduct discussions on the theme of "High-quality Development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area", to interpret innovation and entrepreneurship policies, build consensus on innovation and entrepreneurship, promote innovation and entrepreneurship spirit and explore the current situation and development of innovation and entrepreneurship among university students in the Greater Bay Area.

Qiu Kenan, Second Level Counsellor of Department of Education of Gungdong Province, Mao Junfa, President of Shenzhen University, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences attended the seminar and delivered a speech. Zhang Xiaohong, Vice president of Shenzhen University, and eight experts and scholars from universities, education enterprises and high-tech enterprises attended the seminar as keynote speakers. More than 200 people from colleges and universities in charge of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the main person in charge of the competition work department, the person in charge of well-known enterprises and entrepreneurs attended the meeting and conducted in-depth discussions around the theme of the conference.
