On the morning of September 16, the 2022 Global Key & Core Technology Conference was opened in Xi’an. At the main forum and the theme activities, Xi 'an High-tech Zone issued the construction achievements of the National Key and Core Technology Innovation Demonstration Zone and the related policy of technology talents in Xi’an High-tech Zone, signed the cooperation agreement of “Building a Key and Core Technology Financial Innovation Service Center” with several financial institutions, and held the inauguration ceremony of the Key & Core Technology Arbitration Court.

Xi’an High-tech Zone was approved as the first Key and Core Technology innovation demonstration zone in the country. To speed up the construction of science and technology innovation demonstration zone, Xi’an High-tech Zone, as the core engine of high-tech construction and the introduction and implementation of a series of support, has built a number of platforms, spawned a number of achievements, cultivated a number of enterprises, and educated a number of talents. Key and core technology innovation has boosted high-quality development, and its contribution to the economy and society has continued to increase. In the first half of this year, the region's GDP reached 151.355 billion yuan, an increase of 10.2% on a year-on-year basis. The contribution rate of high-tech industries to all industrial growth exceeded 40%, and the output value of high-tech and strategic emerging industries increased by over 30%.

Xi’an High-tech Zone also signed an agreement with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, and other financial institutions to start the construction of key and core technology financial innovation service center, accelerating the creation of innovation demonstration of deep cooperation between government, banks, and enterprises, and truly realizing the service of finance through science and technology. Under the financial empowerment for the high-quality development of national high-tech zones, high-tech enterprises, and high-tech industries, the zone will provide better service support for original innovation and science and technology self-reliance, promote fair competition and healthy development in the field of key and core technology. And the newly established country’s first key and core technology arbitration court was inaugurated
