On 10 July, the 15th Suzhou International Elite Entrepreneurship Week "Industrial Innovation Cluster Integration and Development Forum" was held, focusing on the theme of "Promoting the integration and development of industrial innovation clusters by talent chain construction", to discuss talent pool plans and seek common development strategies. Huang Aijun, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Suzhou Municipal Committee, delivered a speech.

The forum, sponsored by the Publicity Department of the CPC  Suzhou Municipal Committee and Suzhou Federation of Social Science, and co-organized by the China Science and Technology Policy Research Center of Tsinghua University, aims to provide high-level advisory services to strengthen the construction of talent chain, enhance the integration level of industrial chain and innovation chain, further promote the construction of industrial innovation clusters, and build a modern industrial system. At this forum, the Suzhou Industrial Innovation Cluster Development Research Report (2022) was officially announced in the form of a blue book research report.

Hu Hanhui, a consultant of the research group and professor of the School of Economics and Management of Southeast University, and Shen Qunhong, associate professor of the School of Public Administration of Tsinghua University, who is in charge of the research group, made interpretation of the report respectively. Zheng Xinli, former Deputy Director of Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee; Xue Lan, Senior Professor of Liberal Arts at Tsinghua University; Yang Ruilong, first-level Professor of Renmin University of China; Xu Ming, Professor of Business School at University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; Qu Jian, Vice President and Dean of Qianhai Branch of China (Shenzhen) Institute of Comprehensive Development; Yao Kai, Professor of School of Management at Fudan University; Ren Baoping, Distinguished Professor of School of Digital Economy and Management at Nanjing University Intended speech.

In his speech, Huang Aijun said that he sincerely expected everyone to stand at the forefront of theory, practice and development, and provide more forward-looking, targeted and operable good ideas for Suzhou. They would sincerely assimilate the insights of experts, transform today's forum results into tomorrow's work practice, and write wonderful "papers" on the land of Suzhou.
