On 22 September, the 2023 Eurasian Economic Forum Science and Technology Branch opened at Xi 'an Hi-tech International Conference Center. Politicians, scientists and entrepreneurs from across Europe and Asia focused on "hard science and technology", explored new paths for regional innovation and development, and jointly pushed forward solid and deeper Eurasian cooperation.

The Science and Technology Branch of the Eurasian Economic Forum is an important event under the framework of the Eurasian Economic Forum, with the theme of "Joint Consultation, Contribution and Sharing, Building 'the Belt and Road' Scientific and Technological Innovation Community". It is hosted by the People's Government of Shaanxi Province and the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, hosted by the People's Government of Xi'an City and the China Science Center of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, and implemented by the Management Committee of Xi 'an High-Tech Zone.

In order to deepen exchanges and cooperation between the two places, Xi'an High-tech Zone and the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences jointly established the "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Science and Innovation Base to promote the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation between the two places. The "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Science and Innovation Base was jointly established by the China Science Center of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences and the Management Committee of Xi 'an High-tech Zone, which is an important measure for Xi 'an High-tech Zone to actively respond to the call of "the Belt and Road" construction, implement the new requirements of the work spirit of the five Central Asian Countries Summit, and build Xi 'an "dual center" core bearing area. Through international science and technology cooperation and exchanges, and jointly build a high-level innovation platform, a new model of cooperation and development between top international science and technology organizations and state-level development zones will be established.

In the following main forum session, a number of experts and scholars in the form of online + offline, focused on hard technology self-reliance, science and technology innovation ecology, science and technology industrial cluster development topics, around microelectronics semiconductor, information science and technology, network intelligence, economic and data science, science and technology education and other fields to make keynote reports, collision of views, released heavy scientific and technological research results.

The successful holding of this conference will promote the active participation of Eurasia in global science and technology governance, jointly promote basic research and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, constantly promote the exchange of scientific and technological personnel, the joint construction of scientific and technological platforms, and scientific and technological research, and accelerate the realization of scientific and technological innovation through consultation, sharing and joint construction.
