On 7 April, the "2023 Changchun Digital Economy Development Forum" was held in Changchun, Jilin. Many industry authorities gathered to discuss topics such as "the overall trend of digital economy, the construction of smart cities, and the development of artificial intelligence", and to give suggestions for accelerating the digital transformation of the old industrial base in Northeast China.

At the forum, Zhou Hongyi, founder of 360 Group, delivered a speech on the theme of "Artificial Intelligence leads the New Industrial Revolution" and talked about the impact of the rapid development of artificial intelligence on personal career choices. He said that China has a large group of college students and high-quality engineers, and they can become artificial intelligence trainers to promote the further development of artificial intelligence large language models, and artificial intelligence trainers are expected to become an emerging hot career.

At the "2023 Changchun Digital Economy Development Forum", the "Changchun Digital Economy Development Action Plan" was officially released, at the same time, the Changchun Computing Center was officially launched and the Changchun Big Data Deep Processing Base was unveiled. In addition, the relevant departments of Changchun City also signed 10 strategic cooperation agreements with domestic digital economy leading enterprises and basic telecom operators. With the continuous acceleration of the pace of "digital Changchun" construction, the local demand for related talents has also increased sharply.

As one of the key towns in Northeast China's old industrial base, Changchun has developed traditional manufacturing industry and a team of high-quality industrial workers. During the forum, Zhang Bei, Party Secretary and President of 360 Group, told reporters that in the process of digital integration of traditional industries, from the perspective of the group, it can provide new and better employment options for high-quality industrial workers from at least two aspects: First, with the development of artificial intelligence technology, it is able to train a group of high-end artificial intelligence taggers, which can provide large-scale jobs; Second, groups including industrial workers and veterans, can become "cyber security guards" by strengthening basic training .
